Our primary focus is to resource educational leaders like you and enable you to initiate Roundtable Groups, Encouragement Groups or Prayer Groups in your school. Unlike other forms of development, each person contributes to the discussion in a collaborative environment, what we call a roundtable setting. Our goal is to develop values-driven people and have them duplicate the Global Priority Principles into any roundtable setting they would feel appropriate.
The Roundtable Groups are intended to add-value to your c0-workers and yourself. They are a complete expression of self-development and an educators tool to continue their quest in the life-long commitment of educating and preparing themselves to serve our next generation.
How is the time in a Roundtable divided?
1 Hour Can Change Your Life!!
The global business world knows the value of Total Quality, ISO Standards and Re-Engineering. Quality people make quality contributions and this also applies to the field of education. By gathering with some of your co-workers and implementing a simple Roundtable Group into your culture there can be a major change in the environment that you are in. In just 4 weeks you will find that the conversations will leave the intellectual level and arrive at a heart-felt level and this will change the way you do life together. You will quickly understand how you can add-value to each other and help your group achieve new levels of success. It has been said that no matter who we are, we all have only 24 hours in a day and how we spend that time is dictated by what we value. You will find the extra hour per week, when you experience the value of the time invested.
What to do:
| A | First 10 minutes Let participants comment on the results of practicing last week’s principle. This is done in the beginning of the meeting. |
||
| B | Next 40 minutes Ask that the principle be read slowly and have people underline. Equally divide the speaking and reading time among ALL the participants. Promote the participation of EVERYONE by having them answer the question. – Keep the discussion going. For this time, stay focused on the subject. |
||
| C | Final 10 minutes Ask everyone to evaluate themselves from 1 to 10 on the application of each principle studied. |
- Remember:
- Meet no longer than an hour
- Stay focused on the Principle
- Success is duplication
